We facilitate your sponsorship, all the necessary documentation and your visa acquisition, along with the venues and the collaborations with local promoters, so everything is in place and running smoothly before a single ticket goes on sale.

Open roles
Nothing open right now — but we would still like to see your work.
We are not advertising a role at the moment, and we would rather say so than leave a page of vacancies up that nobody is reading.
That said, most of the people here arrived before there was a job to apply for. If you produce, design, shoot, edit, build, DJ or run rooms, send what you have made and a line about what you want to be doing in a year. If it lands at the right moment you will hear from us — and if it does not, we keep it on file.
Why here
Most creative work gets made in pieces — the record in one place, the artwork somewhere else, the video by a crew who never heard the track. Everybody does their bit well and the whole thing still arrives feeling like it was assembled by strangers.
We are built the other way round. Seven studios, one roof, one standard, and no handover for the work to get lost in. For the people here that means seeing a thing through from the idea to the night it launches on, rather than passing it along and hoping.

Craft you can show
Finished work beats a list of software. Send the thing itself.
Ownership
People here carry a job to the end rather than to the edge of their job title.
Range
You do not need all seven rooms, but curiosity about the ones next door goes a long way.

Saying early that something will not work is worth more than saying it politely and late.

Plenty of what we make is built across time zones. Files, sessions and reviews travel; talent does not have to.

What happens when you write
