Tell us what you need and when, and we will come back with a spec and a price. Whether something goes out with an operator depends on what it is — some of this needs somebody who knows it, some of it does not — so say what you are after and we will tell you which applies.
What goes out
Sound systems
PA for the size of the room, with the amps, mixing and monitoring to drive it properly.
DJ equipment
Decks, mixers and booth monitoring, set up and line-checked before doors.
Staging and lighting
Staging, trussing and lighting rigs, rigged for the night.
Video and screens
Screens and projection for live visuals, playback and anything being shown on the night.
Drone coverage
Aerial filming of the event, flown by our operator and cut by the video studio.
360 booths
A spinning booth with an operator, so guests leave with something the same night.
Chafing dishes and serving kit
Warmers, serving dishes and the stands to hold them, delivered and set out.
Canopies, tents and gazebos
Covered space for outdoor events, put up and taken down by us.
How it runs

- 02 We come back with a spec What the job actually needs, what goes out crewed and what does not, and a price.
- 03 Delivered and set up In, built and checked before doors rather than during them.
- 04 Collected Out afterwards, without the venue chasing anybody.
